Former MLB Tyson William Ross partners with Core Impact as a member of the Advisory Board.

Elk Grove, California. – Core Impact, the first performance platform that optimizes muscle contraction through sports related activities, announced the addition of Former Major League Baseball Pitcher Tyson William Ross, to its Advisory Board. Tyson brings a plethora of knowledge from both a player and kinesiological perspective.

Athletic Career

Tyson William Ross (born April 22, 1987) is an American former professional
baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland
Athletics, San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers, St. Louis Cardinals, and Detroit Tigers. Ross was drafted by the Athletics in the 2nd round of the 2008 MLB Draft. He made his MLB debut in 2010 and was an MLB All-Star in 2014.

Post Career

On February 18, 2023, Ross was hired by the Los Angeles Dodgers to serve as a
special assistant in the player development and player performance departments. Tyson also runs his non-profit program, “Loyal To My Soil. His program provides a way to reengage the youth with the game of baseball. By providing free camps, with top notch instruction from high level players, Loyal to my soil aims to grow the game of baseball and inspire the next generation of kids in our community.
