14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Coreimpact purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process the return.

How to Return

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
